Welcome to HaveFun Live Show Singapore at (201 Victoria Street, #07-01 Bugis+, Singapoe 188067). By making a booking or purchasing tickets through our online portal https:\/\/m-saas.hooban.work\/?storeId=1b3ed9a63a0a481b82f26ecc18ad993a&passport=reservation#\/reservation<\/a>,<\/b> you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully before completing your payment.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

1. Booking and Payment<\/b><\/p>\n

  • Entry Fees:<\/b> $15 per person (Mon\u2013Thu) and $35 per person (Fri-Sat), inclusive of 1 standard drink. Pricing may vary during promotions.<\/li>\n
  • Sofa Reservations:<\/b> Non-refundable deposit required. Minimum spend applies as follows:<\/li>\n
  • Note:<\/b> Deposits are deducted from your total bill at the venue. Remaining spend must be fulfilled at the event.<\/li>\n
  • Booking Fees & No-Show Charges:<\/b>\u00a0For selected promotional reservations (e.g., $1 High Table Sofa), a\u00a0non-refundable booking fee<\/b> is collected. This does not count as a deposit. A\u00a0no-show charge<\/b>\u00a0applies if you fail to arrive by 9:30 PM.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    2. Cancellation and Refund Policy<\/b><\/p>\n

    • No refunds for cancellations.<\/li>\n
    • Rescheduling is allowed with a minimum of 3 days\u2019 notice via WhatsApp at +65 8318 9300.<\/li>\n
    • No-shows or late arrivals will result in deposit forfeiture or a penalty charge for booking-fee-based reservations.<\/li>\n
    • In rare cases, the venue may cancel\/reschedule due to events or unforeseen circumstances.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      3. Entry and Attendance<\/b><\/p>\n

      • Operating hours:
        Live Show: Monday to Saturday, 8:30 PM \u2013 3:00 AM.
        Happy Hour Show: Friday & Saturday, 6:30 PM – 9:00 PM
        Closed on Sunday unless otherwise stated.<\/li>\n
      • Entry requires valid booking confirmation and compliance with dress code and venue rules.<\/li>\n
      • Dress Code:<\/b>

          \n
        • Males:<\/b>\u00a0No sleeveless tops, no shorts\/bermudas, covered shoes required.<\/li>\n
        • Females:<\/b>\u00a0No slippers or slides.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
        • Minimum age: 21 years old. Valid ID required. SingPass accepted for locals; passports for foreigners.<\/li>\n
        • Reserved seating is guaranteed per booking. Walk-ins are first-come, first-served.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          4. Minimum Spend<\/b><\/p>\n

          • Minimum spend must be met for reservations. This includes all F&B purchases.<\/li>\n
          • If spend is not met, a top-up will be charged at the end of the night. Deposits do not count toward this top-up.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            5. Promotions and Packages<\/b><\/p>\n

            • Promotions are subject to availability and valid during specified periods only.<\/li>\n
            • Inclusions such as drinks or snacks are fixed and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              6. Liability<\/b><\/p>\n

              • We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.<\/li>\n
              • Guests must follow staff instructions to ensure safety.<\/li>\n
              • We may change performance schedules or seating for operational needs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                7. Conduct<\/b><\/p>\n

                • Disruptive or intoxicated guests may be removed without refund.<\/li>\n
                • Personal photography is allowed; professional recording requires approval.<\/li>\n
                • We may use guest content (e.g., event photos) for promotional purposes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
