Welcome to HaveFun Live Show at The Arch Galleries (Lot G-3A & L1-02, No.428, Jalan Tun Razak, Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan, Malaysia). By making a booking or purchasing tickets through our online portal https:\/\/m-saas.hooban.work\/?storeId=e9e76f6e28b1468a94f0c39f58646533&passport=reservation#\/reservation<\/span><\/a>,<\/b> you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully before completing your payment.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

1. Booking and Payment<\/b><\/p>

  • Entry Fees:<\/b>\u00a0RM 15 per person (Sun\u2013Thu) and RM 35 per person (Fri-Sat), inclusive of 1 standard drink. Pricing may vary during promotions.<\/li>
  • Sofa Reservations:<\/b> Non-refundable deposit required. Minimum spend applies as follows:<\/li>
  • Note:<\/b> Deposits are deducted from your total bill at the venue. Remaining spend must be fulfilled at the event.<\/li>
  • Booking Fees & No-Show Charges:<\/b>\u00a0For selected promotional reservations (e.g., $1 High Table Sofa), a\u00a0non-refundable booking fee<\/b> is collected. This does not count as a deposit. A\u00a0no-show charge<\/b>\u00a0applies if you fail to arrive by 9:30 PM.<\/li><\/ul>

    2. Cancellation and Refund Policy<\/b><\/p>

    • No refunds for cancellations.<\/li>
    • Rescheduling is allowed with a minimum of 3 days\u2019 notice via WhatsApp at +60 12 2022 199.<\/li>
    • No-shows or late arrivals will result in deposit forfeiture or a penalty charge for booking-fee-based reservations.<\/li>
    • In rare cases, the venue may cancel\/reschedule due to events or unforeseen circumstances.<\/li><\/ul>

      3. Entry and Attendance<\/b><\/p>

      • Operating hours: Tuesday to Sunday, 5:00 PM \u2013 5:00 AM. Closed on Monday unless otherwise stated.<\/li>
      • Entry requires valid booking confirmation and compliance with dress code and venue rules.<\/li>
      • Dress Code:<\/b>
        • Males:<\/b>\u00a0No sleeveless tops, no shorts\/bermudas, covered shoes required.<\/li>
        • Females:<\/b>\u00a0No slippers or slides.<\/li><\/ul><\/li>
        • Minimum age: 21 years old. Valid ID required. SingPass accepted for locals; passports for foreigners.<\/li>
        • Reserved seating is guaranteed per booking. Walk-ins are first-come, first-served.<\/li><\/ul>

          4. Minimum Spend<\/b><\/p>

          • Minimum spend must be met for reservations. This includes all F&B purchases.<\/li>
          • If spend is not met, a top-up will be charged at the end of the night. Deposits do not count toward this top-up.<\/li><\/ul>

            5. Promotions and Packages<\/b><\/p>

            • Promotions are subject to availability and valid during specified periods only.<\/li>
            • Inclusions such as drinks or snacks are fixed and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.<\/li><\/ul>

              6. Liability<\/b><\/p>

              • We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.<\/li>
              • Guests must follow staff instructions to ensure safety.<\/li>
              • We may change performance schedules or seating for operational needs.<\/li><\/ul>

                7. Conduct<\/b><\/p>

                • Disruptive or intoxicated guests may be removed without refund.<\/li>
                • Personal photography is allowed; professional recording requires approval.<\/li>
                • We may use guest content (e.g., event photos) for promotional purposes.<\/li><\/ul>
